The festival "Fiuriddi and Ruspitieddi", from 5 to 8 August 2016 in Montano Antilia, is characterized not only for the genuineness of the products and for the place in which it takes place: a green area under chestnut trees, alder and beech trees to over 700 meters above sea level, easy to reach from Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Scario and the majority of the coastal countries.


In addition to Fiuriddi and Ruspitieddi (leavened dough pancakes with pumpkin flowers or boned anchovies), you can enjoy: the Queen Beans, local specialties served with Friselle, tomatoes, onions and oil; Fusilli pasta and homemade gnocchi handmade by the village women, dressed with sauce of mutton or veal; Eggplant parmigiana to Montanara; Sausages point of knife with grilled potatoes; Sandwich with fried.
