From Friday 20 to Sunday 22 July 2018, at the headquarters of the primary school of Omignano Scalo, in the province of Salerno, there will be a gastronomic kermesse dedicated to artisan pasta.
During the festival, in fact, at the various stands, active starting at 21.00, you can taste cavatielli, ravioli filled with ricotta, fusilli with sauce and with local cheese, roast on the grill, chips and lots of wine.
The dough will be strictly kneaded by hand, following ancient techniques and traditions of Cilento, handed down from housewives to their daughters.
Furthermore, every evening, the event will be enlivened by live music.
