It is the feast of the patron saint established in the year 1730 in which the local people are very devoted and is celebrated in two moments of the year. During the celebration of 17 may are paraded wicker baskets and candles. All babies are dressed for the occasion with franciscan robes and until 1930 was kept the custom of giving the pastor a quantity of wheat equal to the weight of the youngest child.
