The paddoccola is a croquette potatoes, eggs and cheese. The event was born from the desire to be together and share food genuine peasants of yore. It proposes a menu rich in typical products to taste with the local wine. The evenings are animated by live performances of traditional songs and dances popular. The festival is also supported by the commitment of young volunteers who collect funds for the recovery of artistic heritage of the country.
