The members of the I Ragazzi di Caiazzano association, creators and organizers of the traditional and long-awaited event, have already been working for some time to set up the area with food stands to offer typical local specialties. From meat to pasta passing through the different caciocavallo alternatives, the true protagonist of the event to which is also added the delicious zeppola.

The caciocavallo, whose preparation is directly followed by members of the association that emphasize the importance of seasoning and salting to ensure that its taste is enhanced in all three ways in which it is offered, that is typical roasted, with bacon and mushrooms or breaded. But the feast of the Caciocavallo Sassan is rich in flavors. All dishes on the menu are prepared using selected products and guaranteed quality, such as meat, strictly local meat, pasta, until you get to the dessert with the typical zeppola that is offered hot and fragrant, freshly prepared. From Friday, July 27th, so much good food at a party that will be cheered by good music and inflatable games for the little ones.
