St. Anthony is a figure very dear, it has always been considered the lifeline during the dark times. The day of the festival begins at 6 am with a mass and then the blessing of the "cente", offerings consist of many candles. Afterwards it's off to the town square with a statue of the saint that wearers proudly carry every alley and home. The procession is the highlight, when the statue parading with the procession and all the faithful riaccompagnano the saint to the convent finally you stop to watch the fireworks display along. The festivities continue the following days with games, the "palio of cente", up to 21 with a concert and the raffle in honor of the saint.
