The patron saint is preceded by a novena during which the faithful gather to venerate the patron saint and the four patron st. Cosma, st. Damian, st. Francis borgia and st. Aloysius gonzaga. The day of the party organizes a long procession through the streets of the country where the statues of the five saints are carried on his shoulders all the way.
