Two days of festival cuisine with traditional pastoral dishes: potatoes and chickpeas represented by potatoes and baked beans which is added the paprika. It is eaten with dried red peppers fried. Its origin dates back to ancient culinary culture of the community “sangiacomese” that exported this particular dish in the world.
For the event are set up stands where you can taste the typical dish in many delicious variations but also spaces for kids related to the christmas theme and a trade show with typical of cilento, all enlivened by musical performances.
To warm the atmosphere are not lacking hot drinks and traditional braziers in the street.
