The gastronomic event is dedicated to fish, especially the blue and takes place in the marina area. Participants can taste the local dishes that change depending on the type of fish (u cauraro a vegetable soup and anchovies, stuffed anchovies and breadcrumbs, mixed fried and roasted). The anchovies are the stars of the evening and are fished with a special technique employing the menaica, a special network that only allows the trapping of larger anchovies. The evenings are enlivened by musical and dance groups.
