In this event we are witnessing the historic parade in period costumes which presents the typical products cuccaresi, in a context of great political and cultural involvement. The donkey is the main character and essential characteristic of the whole parade that is honored to highlight the hard work of this animal, docile and humble the key role in the rural economy of the time.
