The PeritOlive event is characterized by the tasting of typical products related to the territory, a party with a marked tourist vocation of enogastronomic type. The initiative involves private citizens, volunteers, associations and local economic activities. It takes place along the streets of the Historical Center of Perito, each stand along the route offers dishes composed of products at 0 km focusing on olives and Cilento olive oil together with good local wine and water.
To make the atmosphere even more magical, along the way you can find pretty little bonfires where you can warm up by tasting the excellent dishes offered. With PeritOlive we want to offer visitors the opportunity to discover and find local, healthy, fresh, good local agricultural products at low prices and to local farmers the opportunity to make them known and appreciated.
